ROM Hack STCM2 script: Diabolik Lovers Grand Edition

I cannot find anywhere on how to edit these files. There are so many pointers to Hkki but it does not open the .dat files for the switch game at all.
When i open them in hkki it shows 0 strings.
If anyone can help me i would greatly appreciate it.
