Hacking StartPatch v4.2?

Are you using the same 10-06-09 file he sent me? That's odd. It works perfectly fine on my end. Do you have IOS70 trucha patched or no? There's no reason it shouldn't work for you. How did you update to v4.2? Was it the Waninkoko update (hope not)?

Yes; I'm using the 10-06-2009 build.
Yes; I updated with Waninkoko's Firmware Updater v4.2.

Why don't you try updating with the Safe Installer I just released....then try again. You can update right over that botched Waninkoko install. At least then you'll get your system to the point mine is...nice and clean. You already have your cIOSes in place and the new HBC installed, correct? The installer will not touch your boot2 or your cIOSes. Hopefully it'll just work after the update.

EDIT: Did you have a nunchuk plugged in?
