Homebrew Starting NDS or GBA make 3ds turn off ..

Hi out there, I could use a little help .
I am on B9S V1.2 and Luma 8.0-901d499. My 3ds played DS carts (incl. R4i3DS), but no gba games with vitrtual console inject. I wanted to work on the gba issue.
So I mad a nand backup with FBI. Just in case ...
That was why I made Riku's AGB_FIRM Signature Patcher to the solve gba problem.
Now starting DS or GBA VC games make the 3ds shut down.
Tried:
Restoring the backup via godmode9 ---> DS + GBA no work
Troubleshooting DSi / DS functionality from 3DS.guide ---> DS + GBA no work
re-FBI'd unpatched '0004013800000202' title 'v3665' using 3DNUS ---> DS + GBA no work

Any idea for me?
