Hardware Started getting Disc Read Errors

Yeah, ok, i put my wii on the horizontal position...

And the games that werent working, now are working.

The cooler completes the schem, making sure the full contact with the table dont fry the system (its that hot over here...)

So: some games work with my wii standing. Some games only works with my wii on the horizontal...

Why da hell does that happen?

In a nutshell, what a "misaligned" laser would be?

When a laser is misaligned, it is not in it's correct position and will not read all sectors on the disc. This causes massive disc skipping, which is the cause for dre issues.
