Hacking ssmb cfw crash

i recently downloaded ssb through freeshop in emuNAND, but everytime i load it up, ( yes i have the latest update, even tried before the update), and it just crashes. I get an error on the bottom screen saying an error has occurred, and for me to reboot. 3DS info: o3ds, Luma + a9lh cfw, emuNAND 11.0, and ssmb UPDATE installed. It doesnt make sense to me because every other game i have works, with or without an update. Please, any information will be helpful!
