Search m1nd or simna on youtube and study their videos.

A very useful and simple move that you should learn is where you do a very short jump (just high enough to dodge projectiles) followed by a f-air.

Grabbing with Ness is deadly, so practice that a lot.

Aiming the PK Cannonball is also very important. Hop and do a PK Thunder and do one at your opponent's jumping height or towards the ground... just whatever one seems the least predictable. Cutting down to 1-3 PK Cannonballs a match is also good since it still keeps some element of suspense (as opposed to preparedness) on your opponent.

Also, you should mostly use PK Fire only when your opponent is vulnerable by a missing attack, since PK Fire leaves you vulnerable for a long time.

Lastly, practice without items.

You seem to concentrate way too much on them in that video, which isn't very good for practicing.
