Just wanted to report back that I was able to build a PM 3.0 ISO successfully thanks to the above batch file. Now the only thing I'm seeing that's not working is subspace emissary? Is this working for anyone else?

You do not need riivolution, its based off of the full homebrew folder. You need to extract the projectm folder to the same folder as the batch file
It's a known bug in 3.0. It shouldn't work for anyone, but if it does, consider yourself extremely lucky.
Extracting the original Image with a size of roughly 8GB, patching the main.dol file, replace most of the original files with the PM stuff by copying it into the folder with the original files and putting back together the PM Image, which is just a little bit under 8GB, takes some time. I don't mind waiting a bit if I then can put the ISO on my hard drive and play to my heart's content after that. Imagine it would go faster, but there would be errors everywhere and the game didn't even start - would you like that better? I don't think so, as fixing those errors would probably waste more of your time than patiently waiting for the .bat file to do it's work. If you really can't wait - go do something else while patching the game. That's what I did. You will see - by being distracted by something else for a while, the game will be ready to play in no time

I've been doing this but I keep having the command window just quickly populate a bunch of text and then automatically close so I can't even check exactly what error I'm getting. I know it sounds stupid but does anyone have a screenshot of exactly how their folder structure is so I can see if I'm just screwing up something stupid? I extracted the full homebrew download right from Project M's website into the v3.0 extracted folder instead of just the projectm folder and still the same thing. Can't possibly fathom what I'm doing wrong because I didn't really have an issue with 2.6b either lol
Any ideas what I might be doing wrong?

if everyone will hold off for 2 days I will have a 3.0 script uploaded to zippy share roughly Thursday Evening/Night. I uploaded my own pack to a thread on REMOVED BY ADMIN and will be post my 3.0 script there and I shall post it here too
Are you running the batch file as administrator? That makes the active directory the system root and causes issues with the batch locating the folders.
I got this error without doing that, I only tried running as administrator after the fact... I wonder if something is forcing cmd.exe to run as admin though, I'll give that a shot

I've been trying to get project M to build for about an hour now and all I get are errors. I've tried the game in both ISO and WBFS format and running the .bat file as an administrator. This is a waste of my time. I'll wait for someone to upload a pre-patched copy of the game somewhere.

Im on my way to work, so I cant make any pictures now.. but how about someone else just upload a pic of the needed folder structure,Im pretty sure, you just extracted the files incorrectly

The folder structure for projectm should not be changed, make sure that it is
projectm->pf
and inside pf is the fighter folder, info folder, info2 folder etc

grab the homebrew package rename pf folder to project m throw rsbe01.gct in the root of the project m folder and you'll be good
I believe I included the gct in the rar I uploaded however renaming pf will cause not found errors. The bat is looking for files in the projectm\pf directory because that is the default folder structure for the homebrew download

this must be the updated version of the .bat I just rename pf to projectm put the gct file in there and throw it in the brawlmods folder
Yeah, honestly still not sure why I'm getting the errors because I have no reason to believe anything is automatically being run as administrator and as you can see...
...mine is laid out exactly the same way, same error as the one I shared before.
I'd be tempted to ask for someone to share their compiled .iso (privately of course) but that's quite a bit of bandwidth to upload somewhere and I'm also not sure how anyone feels about that. I'm stumped
