Hacking SSBB DVD9 on D2C Key

I have a d2c key modded WII (USA).
Just burned SSBB dvd9 torrent version (USA) (with custom layer break).
I am able to play the classic mode and multiplayer (didnt tested all) normally.
But on subspace emissary, the game give me a bad disc message after the first battle.
ALWAYS after the first battle.

Is this normal for d2c key?

It was a bad burn or I have to use the dvd5 version?

Does anyone got this problem too?

Any help will be apreciated.

bad burn. I have 2 discs like that, the problem is after you finish the first battle, the game will need to load the video, which was on the 2nd layer of disc.

Try another brand of disc, i finally have a full working copy with Verbatim. (TDK and Memorex give me the same problem as you)

Hammm, I will try another brand...
but, could that be a problem on the layer break configuration?

Or with the modchip? Everyone is having problem to play ssbb with that mod.

not really, i also have D2Ckey and when i tried to set Layer Break as Auto, the disc just can be recognized by the console.
