Gaming SSBB DVD5 NTSC?

I heard that a scrubbed version or DVD5 version of SSBB can be played on a single layered disk.
I can find it, but I don't want to use torrents. Does anyone know where you can find it in downloadable parts? (like the way megaupload forums puts them?)
I'm not asking for a direct link. But ya know, website, or what to google, or what page on w/e. >_> And again, I'm looking for the NTSC one...

And it turns out, the SSBB NTSC on megaupload forums WAS a DVD5 version. (single layer disks can play it) but the title never said it, nor the person who uploaded it, so you would never know unless you examined the names of the download links. >_>
