I have a Hitachi 1TB external Hard drive, and I was wondering if I could create a Fat32 partition and a WBFS partition. I want to have it for my Wii back-ups, but also to store extra music and crap I have on my computer. I'm using Neogamma USB loader and was wondering if it'd be able to read off the drive that way. I have the software and know how to go about it, but didn't want to go through all the trouble if it's impossible to do. Any suggestions would be many many much appreciated.

It's possible, yes. You may have to put the WBFS partition as the active and primary partition, but I'm not even sure of that.

The question is whether you really want to. Neogamma is a good loader for disc-based backups, but when it comes to loading from a USB drive, other loaders have better options. Such as loading games from a FAT32 partition, or game-specific settings.
