I can't even get this to extract

It just says "Usage: SARCExtract archive.scs" so I tried that and still no dice, did something happen to the files?

When you dump Splatoon, it will dump all of the game's files.
Use DDD ( you need an SD card to dump Splatoon, btw, since you access DDD from SD Homebrew )
Also a dump ( for me ) was about 35-50 minutes.

The dump has all of Splatoon's files.
Weapon values, models, music files, etc.
Just follow the guide when you get your Splatoon dump.
Extract Static.Pack and follow the guide.
( also, to open weapon param files you use Notepad++ )

You need to get the requirements for Caffine, which include some other files. I'm pretty sure I can give you a link or the files if I can when I get access to my computer. ( should be today )

Highlight/Select all the folders ( Params, Env, etc ) that you got from EXTRACTING the Static.Pack, and then drag them up to the SARCpack.
It should work.
