What part of the program did you have to modify? I've been messing with editing the latest commit for the last 3 hours and can't come up with anything to make converting back to XML work.

What are you messing with? I successfully reconverted nearly all byamls in Mush, the map byamls and the Splatfest info byaml.

Damn- I was hoping to try and use cafiine...I don't know if I'm banned but i'll stay clear of hacks, as much as I still want to use my Octobby.
It'll be hard to wait for two weeks anyway, so if we can find out why the bans are happening...Which is most likely due to like TCPGecko, it'll make me feel better.

I think lots of bans are because some guys boosted his /her level too high .. Like from lvl 1 to lvl 50 in one match or something else.. But I think it's better to stay clear

Oops- I did 28-50....I didn't mean to I swear! But hopefully we can clear this up soon..I would like to use my Octohax soon enough......Maybe we should investigate this further, as making new mods is pointless if nobody can try and use them!

Ahh! I think I'm one of the..not banned few! I think they may just be banning people as they might be interfering with the Maintenance, though it's only clientside, I think that's what's up. The ban may be 2 weeks but it may be safe in 1-2-3 days to use again if this is the case. I don't think Splatoon is having much done, as nohing is down right now I'm sure but ranked/online play is listed on Ninty's website.

Hm. I'll just use a second throwaway NNID with that gear hack.

I will however start the game offline and put the Lan cable in for a second in the Plaza/gear menu to activate the hack, save it and turn off the wii u. The video i posted recommends doing it that way because it deletes the hack in form of ram (or something like that)

Gonna tell how it worked.

If I shouldn't use hacks again tomorrow, how long should I wait and how do you think we could find out what the problem is? {Does anyone have ideas}

OK so once again sorry I haven't been on but like everyone's been saying I'd advise NOT using hacks, even offline.

I'm guessing level hacks are the reason people are getting banned. Since people that went from like 28-50 are being banned and I who did 19-24 have not been banned.

I am tempted to try out Octohax. I think the Levelhacks ARE the reason, because they change game files like what weapons cn be obtained, Judd's specials and etc, and smaller levelhacks aren't really seen. Octohax may be safe but I'm worried to try it- That seems much more reasonable, as I don't think that it would be the clientside hacks that'll do anything.

I have used an other way to went to level 50 and I'm still not banned. I think the server thinks that I've changed my level without hacking. I will post how I have done that in some minutes.

I'm guessing that it was the forcing night mode part, as that's editing a key game file, and it seems that everyone getting banned has done these things, so it seems that Octohax cold be safe?

Here is how I have done that:
First of all: The cheat is from @GoldCobra
It changes the progress bar. You will need to this one or two times.
The code is: 12CDB1A4 05F5E0FF
This will change the progress bar to 99999999. After that you play some round something online. After you have done this, it will add 99999999 and you should be level 50. (If not: Do it again.) I don't know if this code is correct because I can't access my computer right now. Edit me if the code is wrong. And I don't know if this will ban you. It didn't banned me (yet). It should work on all levels but I don't know. I've tested it with TCPGecko only so I don't know if other methods are working.
