right click on the file, click rename, and rename to name.pack

Just press alt, go to extras, and folder options, there you find a list of options, one of which should read "hide known extenaions", uncheck that
Then you can rename the whole filename

Would .sarc files be known on a normal pc? They're not known on mine...

That really depends on his preinstalled apps, i once had a pc that had something preinstalled that manages additional folderinfo for faster browsing and created files in each folder for that, unfortunately the extension was .bak, and the program automatically hid bakfiles, making for a LOT of related trouble in actually finding the backups in some of my replaced dlls and such

Long story short, different setups, that!

Octo Hax safe version not working. In the .bat file it says the process was completed, but its not. Did I do something wrong?

I managed to view the textures using AMD Compress.
( Thanks aracom! ) I made a quick edit to the texture as a test to see if it works.

Now, how do I rebuild the BFRES? (I read the README in NWPlayer's Texhax, but I just simply don't understand the hax.py part.)

Over 48 hours later and still no ban. Was playing with the color editor last night and was getting random disconnects which turned out to just be maintenance. It looks like ColorHax is safe

Well i guess if you really properly do it offline and come back after let's say more then a few hours, then there is no possible way they can point at this hack for certain
Same should be true for amiibohax.
And for colorizer it isn't even sure that they are able to trace it.

My guess would be, finding the right cheat, that we can allready using gecko, the controllerprofile is in the game via the dojo, allready. we "only" need a code to make player 1 controlled by it.

After extracting the static.pack file into a folder, I cant seem to find the Hero Shot Replica file inside it. Does anyone know what the file name for the Hero Shot Replica is called?
