Gaming Splatoon error while using a update bypass proxy

So I got me a copy of Charles to block Wii U updates everything is working dandy until I try to play splatoon. I got "Failed to connect to partners device" I have tried it without the proxy and got the same thing which is why I am guessing it's my internet but I could get on fine a few months ago. I might be using the wrong DNS which just came to mind which i will try in a sec but I know I am using the right proxy because I can not update or connect to the eShop anythoughts?

i had the same problem using ryan dns port, it only works for me using the tubehax dns port, maybe it is a domain that your proxy and ryans dns blocks bute tube haxs dns dosent.

It's strange though because it also does it without it.
