Its doesnt work i go to the game load save and go home and load the lunarcookies arcode with qrcode and it give me an error and back the game nothing happen

if the browser gives you an error message that means the exploit works

Highlight "Browser for US" or "Browser for EU" (Depends on your region)
Press X to delete, and confirm with A.
Now it's deleted. Try to install your CIA again

Do you have Emunand? If you do, what firmware is it? If I recall correctly, Spider exploits such as these don't work on 4.5, it has to be 9.X to 9.5.0-22
Also, are you trying to cheat on a cartridge, a ROM, a CIA, or an eshop game?

In Devmenu, in the Program tab, the browser is the ONLY title that is written in red (all others are black color font)
That is what you delete, it should say "Browser" in the name.
If it's not there, then you may have broken the app, and should try installing a newer CIA of the Browser, then delete it, then install your CIA.

So you're using RxTools? If you have a gateway, use 3DNUS to download an exploitable EU browser (0004003000009D02 version 4096). Then in gateway emunand, use devmenu to uninstall your current browser and install the cia you just downloaded. Then you can use these cheats with your cartridge on emunand 9.6 (it won't work on 4.5)
