Homebrew Speed of DOSBox emulation

I’ve been messing around with this and am aware that 3DS DOSBox currently is at about 286 level. Does anyone have any more detail on this? At what level do you start to lose 100% speed on emulation?

    If your throat closes, putting oxygen in your mouth will not solve anything - as you will be introducing oxygen prior to the area of obstruction
