Hacking Speculation Question

Hi, I'm just wondering if there's possibly something that hackers missed, maybe an exploit that can give total control of the console on the latest firmware?
Please don't yell at me, just asking.

There is currently no known person or group working on a kernel exploit for 9.3+ If you really want it, best to grab a 3ds under 9.2

There's always the possibility of some major breakthrough being found, but at the moment we can't say. For now, we have no exploit on the latest firmware.
