Seems like I'm in the clear then. I've never cheated online but I have used layeredfs to try out some games (Haven't been banned). The only thing im concerned about now is my 3ds with their new antipiracy system. Both have the same account.

not in the clear, Nintendo can ban you for something as simple as entering recovery mode

They are going to release the online service and that is the date that i think they will ban hard.

Why ban the day of paid service when they could take your money then ban you later. A system is I'm place to detect exploited consoles then ban is issued. Nothing will change that other than more detection.

why would they want to ban their potential customers right before they are about to make a purchase
they would probably just wait until you sub for a year of online and then ban you, not before they get your money ,it makes no sense
this is Nintendo we are talking about

lol yep. Im not messing with any switch homebrew and piracy till its developed. Im not gonna be the beta tester. when its developed as good as the wii u/wii/3ds then im there. till then i will collect the roms so they will be ready for future use. after nintendo pwns the rom sites ill have the files already
