Gaming Speaker starts on power off?

So I was cleaning my PC(because of the last topic i posted).
After cleaning my PC I just plugged in my speakers in the spike guard and connected it properly.
But when i started my PC and played a song,the speakers won't start.
while messing with it i saw when i push the power button to off,the speakers starts on a very low voice.
I'm very much confused with it so anyone knows about this?

well i heve sorta the same problem with my extern audio card
if i'm watchimg a movie sound
plug it out (movie is on pause)
after a while plug it in: no sound

refresh the page sometimes: sound

so try refreshing your playing music/ program
or try to output and input the cable a few times

yeah there is a led indicator and it lights when it is turned on.

When the power is off, there is no amplification in the speakers. It will still recieve the audio signal from the computer and will produce sound, albeit at an almost inaudible volume. When you turn the power on, it tries to amplify that signal into a much louder volume.

My idea is that the speakers may have been damaged or broken for some reason (e.g. the capacitors that amplify the signal may have been discharged somehow). The way to test this is to try plugging the speakers into a different device (e.g. MP3 player or music phone or laptop) and seeing if it can produce sound. If it can't, then it's a hardware fault and you'll need new speakers.

You can also try plugging in headphones into your computer to test that the computer is configured properly (and that it's plugged in the right socket).

I have tried it on the laptop and still it doesn't works.
Should I give up my hopes and send it for repairing?

Pretty much. If it doesn't work on your laptop and your computer, it's definitely a hardware fault.
