here's what it says on pkgj's github: pkgj is shipped with valid default URLs you don't technically need to have a configuration for it, it's only an option. this must be new, because I remember it being required.

I can't help with the ps3 version (the section you're in) or the ps4 one. I have no experience with either. I like to keep a backup of my packages, so I don't really trust just installing packages from somewhere. I really don't understand how the ps4 one works either, when you need fake pkgs and patches require the base game to be married to them.
