Anyway, wanted to let you know that it worked great. I am on Rei 10.3.0-28E now.
Really thinking of switching to that in my tutorial now.

No idea how things worked for 10-02 since I got my first DS anything only recently but I have noticed region free patching is done to darn near every cia available on "the usual place".

That is mainly due to most ppl using simple cia converter by Riku which has the region free patch enabled by default with no option to disable it because Riku refuses to put the option to turn it on or off back in the program...

I just tried Reinand on my (still) 9.2 Emunand and it indeed is regionfree.
I have US stella glow and shovel knight cia's on my EUR device and they appear and start fine.

No it isn't. My Japanese game is gone from my menu until I run FMP. But I actually need NTR to get updated so the DLC will work too :/

Great. I installed the old DS whitelist and now my R4i Gold works in EmuNAND! I love it.
Will probably switch to Reinand in my tutorial. Sorry rx, you lost the race.

If you downloaded an old version of the whitelist to be able to use your ds flashcart, that might be the problem

You might be able to. All I really need is a bin file that I can mount with poweriso (or a similar tool) so I can browse the titles and document what I find.

I cut down on even more middlemen (i hope) and just extracted the nand\title\ folder for you. Don't have to mount an image, and also cuts down on the size i have to upload, lol.

If you want to cut it down even more, you can actually delete all the files as well. All I really need is the folder structure.

if thats the update nag, then yeah. Just use 3DNUS to download v0 of the whitelist, and set the "spoofed" version to 65535, then install the file it downloads.

Note that everything I wrote below assumes two things: 1) that you're using TubeHax DNS and 2) that you downgraded your DS flashcart list (aka bluecardfix or flashcardtimewarp)

According to a post I saw on Reddit, that shows up along with a failed update message, which is probably caused by the TubeHax DNS being used. Maybe it tried to download an update for your DS flashcart list, but was blocked. If you want to keep your downgraded list, use 3DNUS to download the whitelist, version 0, but use the checkbox that lets you change the version, and change it to 65535 so you won't get update nags or errors anymore.

haha yeah I'm having my own code issues atm too.... only C# though I'm not worthy of normal C. lol Well i just cbf learning it atm when I'm liking C#...still a total noob
