Homebrew Soundhax error after safehax

Could someone help me with my o3dsxl?
I followed 3ds.hacks.guide and installed
Boot9strap 1.3
Luma3dsv9. 0
SafeB9SInstaller-20170605-1229405
Soundhax-usa-ods-post5.0
On a sys 9.9.0-17U

I was able to run soundhax, udsploit, and safehax. It booted to lumos, and I selected show nand in settings.

I was not able to follow the next step to update the os as I didn't have internet that day. Now since then, I can't load soundhax. It keeps crashing with the same message. I have tried clearing the SD card and the following the instructions on loading the card, but I get the same error trying to start soundhax.

if you installed all that, why do you need soundhax? your device has CFW

I was just concerned that soundhax was not loading. The guide said it was safe to upgrade the firmware if I had installed Luma and safehax, and I thought I'd make sure they were installed before updating the firmware per the guide. So I needn't be concerned about the soundhax error?
