I'm opening a new thread because if I post to my existing threads I couldnt get enough attention to help other people. So, this was the problem:
Fast forward 2 years after, yesterday I disassemblied my switch to replace the paste (no, that brownish thing is not a thermal paste, just the paste. I highly recommend to replace that with a reliable thermal paste) and found this:
The orange ribbon cable for left joycon charger is nearly deattached. I fixed that with a tweezers without disassemblying other components for ease. And the problem seems fixed!
Edit: I typed soultion instead of solution on title *sigh*. If any mod can fix that, I'd be happy.
