The official Sonic The Hedgehog X account posted back on May 14th that an entirely new short series about Shadow will be premiering in 2024, to go alongside the release of "Sonic X Shadow Generations" and also the Year of Shadow.

On June 6th, during the Anime Expo 2024, attendees got their first teaser look into the new series, showcasing Shadow's story on the ARK alongside Maria, in what seems to be an emergency aboard the ARK caused by none other than the dangerous Gizoid from Sonic Battle, Emerl, who was a pivotal part of Project Shadow during the creation of Shadow himself thanks to Gerald Robotnik's research.

The Dark Beginnings animation series will contain three episodes, with the first slated to premiere on Fall 2024, although no official date has been given yet, but it's possible that the episodes could premiere around the same time of the game's release date, which is October 25th, 2024.

I feel like I'm rejected and don't belong in any Sonic art groups these days...

That's not nice from you. Not all games are bad (are you telling me the Genesis games aren't good?!), and the characters are great - like, who doesn't love Tails?

I know a Youtuber, Plainrock124, who just DEAD HATES Sonic and all the Sonic fans out there. Don't end up like him.

It does, as soon as I watched I legit was hyped, and nowadays is hard for me to get hyped about anything, much less a cartoon about an edgy hedgehog lol
But good to see Shadow still going strong after all these years.

That's true. Most sonic fans are long time fans that grew up with the series. That and everyone have their own preferences and perfectly fine. What's funny is my nephew that was in middle school at the time says he "grew" out of sonic and no longer plays it. And of course.. he only play fortnite and call of duty now
