Hacking Sonic Generations mandatory update?

Thanks pony girl...but, I have a friend who says she was forced to update, to v2.2.0-4 it seems, if you already are running that version though, it will not ask you to update.

Generations is the first Sonic game to look decent in a very long time.

Actually, I liked Colours a whole lot aswell, so I'd say Sonic Team's back in the game.

Totally agreed, and I'm sure Generations is lots of fun as well, the console versions at least.

And in response to the Sonic V. Mario argument here..
I haven't played either of the games. They both look good, but here's something you need to pay attention to.
Mario is a plumber.
Sonic is a sound-speed blue hedgehog.

For answering your question, no, I didnt get an update..than again, my shitty mario game updated my 3ds console before...

lol well at least you're not getting worked up over my opinion, whether Sonic or Mario games are better is completely subjective. Now If I were criticizing the Wii U, which to me is a joke console, I would get the same reactions, or maybe worse. Another funny fact, if I didn't have Sonic as my profile pic I wouldn't be getting this Sonic vs. Mario stuff, and personally, the games are too different to even be compared...

I dont care if you troll or not, you know yourself that what you say will make the people to react the same way around, I mean this is a Nintendo Community. You could express your opinions differently, but you wanted exactly this results, so dont cry around, have your fun and thats it...

...I'm a sonic fan, but I like mario games as well.
There's nothing wrong with either games, as long as you enjoy it, then good for you.
@OP if you bash Mario, that's fine, but when part of your reason is that it looks crappy and you've never played it, that doesn't make people think to highly of you.
...also Yuji Naka once said in an interview that if Mario didn't exist, Sonic wouldn't either, after all Sonic was made because he wanted to play mario games faster.
