Homebrew Sonic Colors Wup Installer

Does anyone have Sonic Colors (Wii) as a virtual console inject with gamepad support? I can't inject it myself as I don't have a computer to do anything with. Thanks

Theoretically, presuming they're posting with a smartphone, they could use an ftp client on their smartphone with FTPiiU on the Wii U and very slowly transfer the install files to their SD card. But that would be an incredibly long process due to FTP speeds with the Wii U.
