Gaming Sonic Colors FW Question

Hi guys. My hacked switch is on FW 12.1.0 (SysNAND), and I am wanting to get the physical gamecard version of Sonic Colors when it releases next week. Do you guys think I should be good to go to get it? Am concerned about FW requirement. Thoughts and help appreciated

Base game would be under 12.1.0 anyway.
