I think Bioware said that the TS is used in Battles for interacting with the movements of the characters to improve their battle-performance (taping, etc.)...

I like the idea of giving the instructions in one turn for all characters and then have an whole phase, where it is just about action and speed.

As far as I heard there will be interactions with the world as well, because the Bioware-guy stated in an interview, that for example Knuckles can climb up walls and Rough can fly... So I really hope there will be some speed for Sonic as well (but I already saw a loop

I`m really looking forward to this game because I believe in Bioware and their capabilities of making great games (Jade Empire-->best XBox games atmosphere-/gameplaywise)

In their latest interview with IGN, Bioware said the entire game was stylus-based -- overworld movement, battles, the works.

Yes, could be a good game. Just no need to use Sonic characters. I used to love them... lately I'm beginning to dislike the franchise

The two last titles for DS weren't bad, the last one was just too... based on stupid minigames. And that works on Sonic Adventure for DC, but not when you have to run through the same 2D screens 293092830298093 times.

what... is this serious.... man.. this is kinda ruining the entire sonic series.... sonic has NEVER been an rpg... oh this better be good or ima b mad..

The sonic series has been ruined for ages. I can't remember the last half-decent sonic game apart from those 2 sonic adventures on DS.

Mario worked well in an RPG so hopefully sonic can make it

^^^Definately. I for one think its going to be awesome, something fresh and new(besides that horrific Shadow game for the 'Cube), and its being made by Bioware, the same people that made Mass Effect, KOTOR 1&2, and Jade Empire.

I cant wait.
