It's hard to keep up with the Sonic fan community. A new project can drop at any time, and they can be as elaborate as full on remakes, decompilations (like Sonic Unleashed), or original works. This one looks interesting because it has a pastel color palette and detailed spritework.

Unfortunately, it looks like this game was cancelled, and the unfinished build was uploaded for posterity. The comments say that special stages are broken and some collectables are unreachable/don't exist. Still, it might be interesting to try out.
