does the dstwo have a powersave setting I don't know about cause my dsixl keeps shutting down after it has been in sleep mode for a tiny while. I made a bitchin track in trackmania turbo too, fuck!

i've never heard of that happening before, what EOS/firmware are you on? are you using patch or clean mode?

the firmware is 1.11 and im using patch mode

My DStwo makes my DS shut off when I shut it sometimes too...I've done the same thing in Monster Tale like 3 times only to have my DS turn off, even when the battery is fine.

so in clean mode it does 2 white screens but patch makes it shut off... dont really know what to say but PM an admin on the SC forum

thats when i first noticed it happening, playing Monster Tale.
but its happening to other games as well

yeah so far i tried urban asphalt 2 dementium 2 they instantly turn off the system when I close the lid

I just tried it now with a few games after a few days old install of EOS 1.11 with iMenu

everything's working fine here

in fact i tried closing the lid on dementium 2 with no problems

how long does it take for it to shut off for you? i waited about 10 seconds

I think it may be my sdcard I found out portrait of ruin's sound is out of sync. when I use my 16 gb sd card it runs fine but the 32 gb sucks they are both class 2
the games instantly shut off when i close the lid.

According to CannonFoddr, it seems that there are at last two batches (I think of three since my DSTwo is not a release one and I've never had this problem), the release one having this close-shut off thing. Try updating the Firmware to 1.09 (Firmware ? EOS).

I updated to 1.09 now portrait of ruin doesnt get past the esrb screen clean mode gives me 2 white screens.
and i still have the same problem with the lid closing too.
