Hacking Something missing from bootloader?

What’s up guys, been trying to mod my switch and I’ve gotten pretty far almost there. I’m trying to launch atmosphere and the bootloader says I’m missing “hekate_ipl.lni” but I’ve looked over my sd card and I see it in it. How do I get the boot loader to find it. I’m on the step where you find “atmosphere FSS0”

Hekate_ipl.ini should be in the bootloader folder on the SD card
