Yeah I got this snack from a broadly Asian store with predominantly Indian foodstuffs but some other countries sprinkled here and there. Never heard of it, immediately wanted to try it.
The texture is nice and crunchy, none of that soft corn puff bullshit, this is CRONCHY
The flavor is interesting, I have to call it a fusion because it has serrano peppers and cilantro and of course corn, which are so Indian, wow, much genuine authentic; but also a blend of more Indian spices that makes the whole bag smell like some fancy soap store, very fragrant. I like it.
But back to the serrano peppers, this snack has heat, but it's insidious. It doesn't hit you immediately, it takes a few seconds to sneak up on you but then it punches you right in the buds.
If you get a chance to try these, do.
