Is the SUPERCARD DSONEi still receiving firmware updates?

The difference between it and the DSTWO is just the built-in CPU with SNES GBA emulation right?

I want to get it as I heard DSTWO drains the battery life.

So, the firmware of it will still get updated or not?

Yes it uses the Evolution OS, the same OS as the Supercard DSTWO basically. So it still gets updated, and it will be kept up to date in the future.
The Supercard team are known not to drop support for their product. They have udpated their slot-2 flashcarts for ages, way after the GBA was replaced by the DS.
