As I understand you can use an emulated NAND without the Gateway card by using gateway's files.
Before I go and buy a 4.5 3DS I need some more information about the emuNAND:

1) Can I do a system transfer from my normal 3DS to emuNAND 3DS?
2) Can I access the eShop and buy games on emuNAND?
3) Are there any speed differences between real NAND and emuNAND?
4) What doesn't work on emuNAND?

Any reasons why? Youtube app I don't care about, but I don't see why GBA games would not work.

Because emuNAND doesn't support AGB_FIRM yet. Myself along with a few others emailed GW about support for GBA and DS mode in the upcoming firmware. I'd send them an email if you want support for it.

May i ask question how did you get saves on the games on emunand?
I transferred to source 3ds 7.1.0-14e to emunand 7.1.0-14 to system transfer system transfer ended and rebooted to normal nand 4.3.0-10e and error occured because no network settings on normal nand sysnand then rebooted to emunand and transfer says complete and insert sd to destination.

Copied sd to computer and because my old sd has bigger sd writed nand 7.1 dump to there and resized to fat 32 partition and copied folders to pc there.
Still no games when inserted to new 3ds. Setup the nintendo id and can download the games but cannot get saves back.

What i do wrong?
