Even if this was about VC, that's not even correct. The only thing that has to be installed in sysNAND to work are GBA VC and DSiWare. All other VC (NES, SNES, GB, GBC, GG, etc) do not require you to install them to sysNAND.

As for OP, is your GameYob looking for a gbc_bios.bin file that isn't there?
wrong, I am in emunand 10.7 and if i didn't install my gbcs on sysnand they woud't work

Well, that's your problem then because that's not actually an issue with GBC VC. The only things that need to be installed into sysNAND to work from emuNAND are things that reboot into their own special modes. DSiWare boots into TWL_FIRM ("DS Mode") and GBA VC boots into AGB_FIRM ("GBA Mode"). Everything else (that you could install as a .cia) run in NATIVE_FIRM and work fine off of emuNAND.

You need to unlink your NANDS its just something you should do in general, some users reported that they updated sysNAND but they swore they were updating emuNAND and there NANDS were linked.

I don't think so.

I don't think this is the problem, the homebrews worked on 10.x too, when I still didn't have a cfw.

Did you try deleting the .cfg files in the retroarch folder? Not a guaranteed fix, but it's worth a shot.

EDIT: Also, what's your method for launching homebrew, and what version of the exploit are you using?

pretty probable that it's the problem

When I used firmware 10.x, gameyod worked correctly without any custom firmware with menuhax, browserhax, iron hax (and tubehax before it was patched). I think that the custom firmware and the nands generally don't influence on such things, as I could use them perfectly when I didn't even know they where sysnand and emunand.

I used the last versions of menuhax, browserhax and homebrew launcher .cia and they don't work
