Some high-res vector art I've been doing lately

I haven't posted some artwork in a long time, so here's a nice opportunity to post 2 neat (large!) renders I've been doing in my spare time of my original character. For anyone interested, I'm simply using Adobe Illustrator to make 'em!
(Also, I only used a mouse to make these lol. I'd probably do an even better piece with an actual drawing tablet)

Like them but isn't "high res vector act" something of a strange term? You could borrow something from microscopy or similar and have it refer to the detail involved I guess, though I am not sure that would be it (though any more and it would probably risk going into overdesigned territory).

As for tablet vs mouse... there are things I like a tablet for and they can certainly speed up certain types of action (in my case tracing the edges of things and anything that variable pressure/size along a line is very necessary for) but I don't think they necessarily make for a better result akin to mouse vs controller in a game.
