Hacking some help with webman please

ok, yestarday i installed cfw ferrox.

and today i put webman: webMAN_MOD_1.47.06_Updater.pkg

then enter to games-webman and boots ferrox cfw but i cannot see "webman games" folder, so i cannot install anything or ftp to my ps3.

is there some step that im missing??
