Software was closed because an error has occurred

So I have only one issue, as the title says I cannot get only one game to work. Other games run fine but for some reason Breath Of The Wild refuses to work. I have updated my switch to the latest version and still have the same issue. It always says, "The software was closed because an error has occurred." and I have no idea what I need to do to fix it so it will run. Please I need help this is the one game I want. I saw somebody say that it might be the sigpack but I have no idea how to do that.
