Softmod Wii u without game?

    So, just to be clear, are they're any ways to soft mod the Wii u without a game? I've sold all my original Wii game except for a few and none of them are the ones you would need to perform and exploit.

    Nope nope nope.
    The Lego games are pretty cheap (dirt cheap used), you could buy one of those. Or borrow SSBB or another compatible game from someone.

    get SSBB, it is the only exploit game who's exploit does not use a modified save file, but rather a custom level for the level editor. this means that it will probably continue to work after Nintendo patches the other exploit games via a system menu update sometime in the (near?) future.

    They could've done this before they released the Wii U but didn't. I wouldn't expect any vWii updates from Nintendo.
