and if you look at the proff of tesimonials, the text has a a slight blue background instead of just white. so it has been cut and past from somewhere. the 'sellers' didnt think this through.

They don't seem to actually stop emulators made to emulate their systems despite claiming that the emulators are illegal.

This is true. I just find it funny how Nintendo claims all kinds of things are illegal when some of them aren't.

Like they claim game copiers are illegal, even though there are fair use laws that allow you to make your own archival copy.

But, you're right, they are selling modded IOS's. And I can see that pissing off Nintendo in some way.
