Hacking Softmod for Gamecube backups?

Sorry if this is posted in the wrong area. I can't seem to find a straight answer anywhere.

This is simple.

I'm running 4.2u. I have the homebrew channel and I use usb loader gx. Everything is up to date and working fine. That's all i've installed on here so far.

Simple question. How do you run gamecube backups with a softmodded wii? I know you can do it but I can't find a solution how.

First of all I hope you have the right dvd drive to play backup dvd's? Cause GC backups isn't working thru USB ...

Install a cMIOS (rev 4 or 5) and a backup loader f.e. Neogamma R9

Burn the CG image/iso tot a DVD-r (Verbatim is the brand for me) with ImgBurn @ 2x speed.

That should do the trick for GC backups ... well not all of em but a lot
