Homebrew Softmii on 4.2?

I saw some SoftMii themes on YouTube, they're really cool, can I install SoftMii on System Menu 4.2? And if I can, can somebody give me a link? I've tried looking for it, but the SoftMii site is gone, I can't find one on gamingexposed.com, and the GBATemp download section has dissappeared off the face of the Earth.
