Hello,

I'm playing a backup of - New Play Control! Mario Power Tennis NTSC, and I'm unable to play it with the current SoftChipR87. I'm getting the following SoftChip error - Exception: loctl error (DL_ReadID).

I have a 3.2U Wii with IOS33, ios249 (cios36R7), ios247 (cios37 with cios36R7) along with additional ios. I tried playing the game with ios33 and ios242 within Softchip with no luck. My Wii is softmoded and I'm using Verbatim DVD-R.

Is anyone else having issues playing this game with the latest SoftChip installed or know of a fix? I'm
thinking this might be a incompatibility issue.

Thanks for your help!

When I play RB2 with the latest .wad I always have to transfer my songs from the Wii to SD card when I load the game. This normal?!

I guess this would be considered a minor bug, but r87 seems to hang up with cIOS rev9 installed and a USB mass storage device connected to the Wii.

I have the same problem. I will take a look if it's SoftChip's or the cIOS' problem.

R88 is out:
Now only sd storage is touched, this should solve the problem with the rev9 cIOS and usb storage connected. And the issues reported by very few users about usb lan adapters should be solved too.

The problem is that reading the games list isn't that easy. Running games works fine, but you have to hardcode the discID for that. Maybe i release that tomorrow, but basically it does the same as YAL.

Hi Wiipower,

toyr7 has same issue as softchipR7 (it is based on it as you posted in your tread). Is it going to be a toyR8 as well? R7 works good but with USB unpluged. Thanks.
