Medal of honor heroes 2? What IOS did you use, I used 249, burned a copy but did not work.

put the iso in the same file of the pacther and click on the right botton of your mouse and selet the pacther to open the iso ,next you write on the window 249 and click enter two times on the board, and finnaly just burn

Edit: works and looks great, I just repacked the banner files with some LZ77 so it takes 10 blocks instead of 13

The forwarder is brilliant, as i get issues with some 'normal' channels where the display setting is not picked up correctly and im left with black screen w/audio only.

BTW, no issues with sound at all here.

I've got a code dump problem with your channel wiishizzza. I installed the forwarder channel, and put the a boot.dol (from your sig) renamed to loader.dol in \Root\SoftChip, but still no go . What am I doing wrong?

i prefer to re-inject the new version each time it comes. since i would have to transfer the new loader.dol over anyway. nice concept, though. maybe you could come up with a way to have softchip download the newest version automatically from online?

meh it's just as easy to use HBC to load it so i just un-installed the softchip forwarder channel wad.
no skipping wii menu BMG for me no telling what might happen....

I'm a bit confused.

Okay... so I managed to upgrade and downgrade a wii to 3.4, back to 3.2 and I know the ins and outs of what I have to install.

This CIOS stuff is still way in front of me though. I installed the newest CIOS on waninkoko's site (IOS36-64-v1042.wad using cIOS36_rev7-installer) and it worked fine.

I've also installed softchip. The screen comes up, asking me what IOS I use. I've tried 36, 248, 249 and some other random ones. I get the same error with whatever 1:1 backup I use in my wiikey'd wii.

I've spent ages faffing around to catch up with homebrew on the wii. I hope someone'll tell me what I'm doing wrong smile.gif

Pretty weird you have problems with the Linking channel. It's working great on my side.
I must repeat one more time, I only did the graphics for this channel.
The Forwarder. dol inside the wad is made by SpaceJump.

retroexistence did you used network install ? I did 2 "offline" install one friend's Wii but it did not work, then they used network install and everything went fine.

Hmm... I have that problem as well Shizzle.. thought it was just me doing something wrong as well...so maybe something got screwed up.... I would just uninstall it and use the dol's people are compiling for now....

i have noticed a difference between softchip loader and Gamma Loader that i wanted to point out. The issue is with James Bond Quantum Of Solace. With the gamma loader during a stage if you die i get to restart from the last check point but with the softchip revision r62 i keep getting started at the begining of the level.

Why did you update to 3.4?
I'm almost sure that causes your problems.
the 3.4 update killed the patchmii ios support... and many other things...
