Hacking Soft Reset in Acekard 2

Hi guys,

I'm new to this and was wondering is there some option that has to be enabled to get the soft reset function working?

I've tried A+B+R+L+DOWN in various games like Mario Cart, Mario and Sonic Olympics and Nintendogs but it hasn't worked.

Could someone please tell me how to get the soft reset function working?

In the "Patches" menu there is an option to enable soft reset. I disabled it because I couldn't get it to work particularly well.
