Hacking So will they eventually block Ninjhax and Browserhax too?

I was wondering since they recently blocked Tubehax and Ironhax... I have a friend on 10.2 who would like to bypass region lock, but I'm not going to take the risk of making him buy the game if in a month Nintendo will make it impossible to launch homebrew. What do you think?
And on a side note, does Browserhax even work on 10.2? Thanks a bunch.

At the moment Browserhax only works on New3ds 9.0-10.1, on 10.2 Browserhax is dead.
Ninjhax is working For 10.2 users

On old3ds Browserhax only works if are on 9.0-10.1 and if you have never opened the browser since the 10.2 was released and you do all of this post https://gbatemp.net/threads/blocking-browserhax-update-message.401280/ , if you have opened the browser and you see the nag Browserhax is dead on O3ds.
Ninjhax, yeah it works on O3ds also
