I can't stream from 3ds to Pc ntr viewer stays white I reinstalled windows I updated luma I changed the firewall I tried a local connection but nothing is working... Have someone else the same problems?

If you're on 11.4 NTR streaming is broken and requires a fix from cell9. You either have to restore your NAND or wait.
It just requires different addresses from the 3DS, some stuff got moved around in the new firmware and the locations accessed by NTR Viewer no longer correspond to the expected data.
It's a good bit more complex than that, but that's as close as I can get in a short post.
