Hacking So, I've bought a N3DS last week

I feel violated each time I take it out of sleep mode. That's the only time it seems to happen.
I flip up the lid and wait... Once it's over I try not to think about it anymore.

It's my emunand. I want to be able to play online with my Emunand. Not going to just stay offline due to the update. Maybe I'll back-up my emunand so I can restore it.
I have wifi on my sysnand garbled so I don't accidentally have updates to Sysnand.

Do not settle for 9.4+. No way in hell. I returned a 55" TV a couple of weeks ago to best buy becuase of one dead pixel.

I tried that but no gamestops where I live have no type with fw 9.0 or 9.2. Running out of luck here but gonna try Toy's R us tomorrow. And if that doesn't have i'm just gonna buy a New Japanese 3ds XL that I found with 9.0. God damn US don't have many 9.0's or 9.2's type

You can block Big N's update servers in your router's DNS settings (assuming you're not using college wifi or something).
