You could also host on your lan, worst case maybe getting something like the raspberry pi which you can keep on all the time.

I've seen a lot of guides using an "EZ Share Wifi SD Card" which apparently hosts its own wifi network, thus allowing you to serve browserhax stuff from the SD card in your Wii U.
