Is it normal when your girlfriend hogs (Lets say) the air conditioner all to herself and then later on when you point the fan to yourself, she takes it and goes "you know you should share it, right?' In the most rude, bitchiest, and most irritating manner?!

Also, not just air conditioners and fans, but just in general. I just don't get why she does it, and no, I don't think this is a "woman" thing, I think my girlfriend is just acting silly.

Sorry for ranting, but to be honest, does anyone else notice their significant other acting like this? What is it, the heat?!

    Nah,

Its just girls expect a guy to be so considerate and put them first in every single situation.

Woah, something similar is happening to me.
Whenever my girlfriend comes by and we're in my room, if she's not on the bed too, she'll point the AC towards her.
Super fine with me but I ALWAYS tell her to make sure to point it back after she's done whatever or is going back to bed.
But she ALWAYS seems to forget this and I usually have to get up and fix it and tell her again.

    Been happening for weeks now.

My girlfriend is probably one of the most considerate people I know too, it's just this thing.
So when I read this thread, had to log on and chime in.

    Weird.

Haha. anyway, I explained to her that I STILL LOVE HER, I just don't know what her deal is these days.

Good thing you're in Canada, and you won't have to deal with it very often. [IMG]

In all seriousness though, it sounds like she's irritated about something else, and is letting it affect your interactions concerning something petty. Try to figure out what the larger issue is that she's upset about. Or just ask her, in a calm and non-confrontational manner.

Well not to spill the beans to the world, but she is having a serious issue right now that she needs to go to the doctors for and she's freaked out about it, maybe that's it?

Sounds like it could be. Try to be supportive and let some of the little stuff slide while she's dealing with a stressful situation. If you're good for each other, she'll cut you the same slack when you've got things on your mind.

But seriously, she just seems to be bitching around. Use the same 'share' argument when she hogs stuff. If she's being unreasonable, decide if you can tolerate that.
